La Romantica
PREMIUM RESIDENCES & VILLAS / TOURISM PROJECTS
Located in one of the most beautiful place on the shore of Lake Ceresio (Lugano Lake) and surrounded by a wonderful mountain scenery, the new residence “La Romantica” is close to the Melide’s bridge which crosses the Lake of Lugano. This prestigious building will be realized by Mabetex Group. The project is currently being studied and several proposals are under examination.

La Romantica Residence is located close to the village of Melide and offers adequate facilities and is served by the main means of transport, has also public and private services of quality and thanks to its particular geographical position offers unforgettable landscapes.
In summer the village life is enriched by numerous events including MelidEstate, the caracteristic night market that attracts thousands of visitors. Nearby is the famous park Swissminiatur, where it is possible to admire spectacular reproductions of the main Swiss monuments in a “fairytale environment”.

International Pritzker Architecture Prize and Stirling Prize Zaha Hadid has also partecipated with a 75 m high tower.
