Located in one of the most beautiful place on the shore of Lake Ceresio (Lugano Lake) and surrounded by a wonderful mountain scenery, the new residence "La Romantica" is close to the Melide's bridge which crosses the Lake of Lugano. This prestigious building will be realized by Mabetex Group.
The project is currently being studied and several proposals are under examination.
