With its well-appointed interiors and warm service, the “Business Terminal” sets the tone for luxurious flights ahead. The Terminal is exclusively dedicated to passengers of private flights, in order to offer them a reserved place to rest and relax in the private restaurant. The “Astana VIP Private Terminal” is composed by a waiting room, 4 lounges, a conference room, 2 relax areas and many shops and offers the following services: valet service in coming time, welcome area at the departure, arrival and transit, security area for check the hand luggage and back room for private lounges with bathroom, shower, kitchen corner and fridge, presidential lounges with additional bedroom, food and beverage area with self-service or à la carte menu and reserved table, shopping area corner with the exclusive brand, wellness area with gym, sauna and jacuzzi, kindergarten for guests’ children, baggage area for storage, crew and security guard rooms.

The entrance for the VIP guests is realized to grant the maximum comfort. Sofas to accommodate the guests during the check-in operations and during the time for the x-ray luggage screening. After the landing, a limousine will transport the guest in a luxurious private space. There, the guest can find the welcome desk for arrival and transit flight with a sofa accommodation area. The welcome desk assures the highest-level assistance and provide a special guidance on the superb facility until the time of boarding.
Private lounges, wellness area, food and beverage, press conference or meeting rooms, prayer room or other facilities are on disposal. The VIP guest will have the possibility to access all the facilities on the Terminal and to enjoy with food refreshment and entertainment. The staff will take care of every formality for the guest. Meeting room and conference room are outside the reserved areas for guess, but easily achievable from terminal passengers.
