INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS & STATE BUILDINGS

The work started in 1995, the building was delivered to the President, in the record time of 11 months with an official ceremony held on February 1996. Over 30,000 sqm were carefully reconstructed and restored, employing hundreds of the most talented Italian, Russian and Swiss professionals.

On June 11th 1997 Mr. Behgjet Pacolli and Mabetex Group were awarded with the “National Russian Award for Exceptional Achievements in the Fields of Literature and the Arts”.

Project

Exclusive and excellent accomplishment of the works fulfilled by the Mabetex Group was repeatedly certified by special letters of the President, of the Prime Minister and other Highest authorities of the Russian Federation. Rapid timing, highest quality of decorations and reconstruction of such complicated and important historical buildings were particular matter of praise.

Building

The reconstructed Palace comprised ground floor and three upper floors. 234 rooms became a matter of precise and historically valid reconstruction according to the drawings of the architect Matvej Kazakov. On the first floor highly comfortable premises for the security staff, technical and service personnel are situated.
