In-Flight Catering Complex
Located 5 minutes from the airport. The complex is 1-storeyed building. The area of the new complex was increased twice that made 3.000 sqm. Considering continuous growth of passenger traffic, there was a need for increase in productivity of Inflight Catering Service. The new inflight catering complex has put into operation in the current year to provide high-quality services, namely to improve technological process of inflight food production, to expand the range of made production, to introduce advanced technologies.
This construction is one of project of the airport reconstruction program. Its opening is one of key stages of the capital airport development. The building of inflight catering complex meets all international requirements imposed by air catering sphereProductivity makes up to 10.000 portions per day. The complex is equipped with the most modern and hi-tech equipment, including the refrigerators of deep freezing allowing to store products about six months, and also the cameras of shock cooling keeping quality, flavoring and other properties of ready dishes. The inflight catering complex meets requirements of the international standards of HACCP management system.
