MEDICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

The total area of ​​the building is 51.833 sqm for 210 beds, with a view to 246.8 sq. m per 1 bed. The building consists of 5 aboveground floors, 1 basement and 1 technical (service) floor. The total height of the building is 31.00 m. The structure of the complex is represented by the main building, including: a surgery unit, a treatment and diagnostic building, an administrative unit, an LRW facility, a separate technical (service) building with a garage with a medical gases facility and chiller site.

Architectural and planning solutions are made taking into account medical logistics, the flow of people (patients, visitors, staff, interns), as well as the process flow in the “dirty”, “clean”, “sterile” areas (corpses, waste, clean and dirty linen , prefabricated pharmaceutical products, food delivery from the catering unit, the supply of raw materials for the production of radiopharmacology drugs). In total, there are 17 elevators in the hospital building, of which: 6 elevators for transporting visitors, patients, medical personnel; 2 elevators are in the conference hall area; 1 service elevator in the radio and proton therapy area. The lifting capacity of the elevators is 2000 kg and 1150 kg. In total there are 9 staircases in the hospital building. The estimated number of personnel of the complex is 1612 people. The total capacity of the Treatment and Diagnostic Building with a 210-bed in-patient facility is: 210 beds for a 24-hour in-patient facility, 24 beds in Anesthesiology, reanimation and intensive treatment department, 8 active beds for radionuclide therapy and includes the following clinical departments and structural units:

  •  3 floor: Department of head and neck tumors – 15 beds;
  •  3 floor: Department of bone, soft tissue and skin tumors – 15 beds;
  •  4 floor: Department of Thoracic Oncology – 20 beds;
  •  3 floor: Department of Abdominal Oncology – 20 beds;
  •  3 floor: Department of Hepatobiliary Oncology – 20 beds;
  •  4 floor: Department of Oncourology – 20 beds;
  •  4 floor: Department of Oncogynecology – 15 beds;
  •  4 floor: Department of Oncomammology – 15 beds;
  •  5 floor: Department of Oncohematology – 70 beds, of which: 15 – bone marrow transplantation, “clean rooms”, 55 beds – department of hemoblastosis, day hospital of oncohematology – 20 beds.
  •  2 floor: Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care 32 beds, of which: 12 beds – intensive care unit (surgical), 12 beds – intensive care unit (oncohematological, therapeutic), 8 beds – postanaesthesia care unit, 8 active beds for radionuclide therapy.

  • Pharmacy department: pharmacy, department of automated centralized drug dilution;

  • Department of radionuclide (iodine therapy) therapy: for 6 24-hour active beds;
  • Department of proton therapy;
  • Laboratory for pathomorphology and cytology;

  • Department of consultations;

Second floor at +4,600 level.

  • Surgery unit (6 standard rooms and 2 rooms – hybrid operating rooms), postanaesthesia care unit (8 beds), a meeting room for multidisciplinary groups (10-15 seats).
  • Intensive care unit (24 beds), including: therapeutic resuscitation (12 beds) and surgical resuscitation (12 beds);
  • Technical (utility) premises.
